We are a music-loving couple who splits our time between NYC and Austin, TX. Robin (she/her) is a nurse, Ashley (she/her) works in education. We are tenants in this apartment, and will be your primary contacts, though we'll be in Austin during your stay. (We will have a neighbor designated as your contact if you need any in-person support, and there is a 24/7 public safety team available for any emergencies.) The apartment has had a dog and two cats in it- we'll put away the litter box and clean it well when we leave, but if you are extremely allergic, just want to let you know that animals have been in the space previously.
Current tenant
50% due upon booking, which will go toward stay. 2 references preferred, and required video call prior to booking so you can see the space and make sure it's a good fit for you, and we can ask/answer questions. No pets, please.
