This is our apartment that we love and cherish. Loft space located minutes from the Morgan L, right by amazing restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

12 ft ceilings, separated bedroom and closet area and massive north facing windows with views of Manhattan.

Me and my husband are Canadian artists and we're going back to Canada to visit family. Looking for the right fit for someone to care for our space and keep our plants healthy during the month of the December.

Logistics: 4th floor walk up, rooftop access, laundromat on the same block, gas/wifi/power included, furnished, 3 minute walk to L train... also must care for our plants :)

I am a photographer and my husband is an artist. We live and work in NYC but often fly back to Canada for work and visits with family.
