Hi there! Looking for a long term roommate for a 3br apartment off the Jefferson & Dekalb L. We’re right on wyckoff across the street from a grocery store and laundromat. We only pay electric and internet, summer is a little more expensive because of acs but the winter bills are never over $60 each. The apartment has a patio roof deck that’s accessible from the living room, as well as a separate roof top for the whole building. We’re also working on a very silly prince themed bathroom (disco ball is coming soon). We’re looking for a roommate who’s communicative, agrees to an equal split of utilities, 420 friendly, and willing to sign a sublease. Sorry but we are not accepting couples at the time. I’m an hair stylist and artist, the other roomie is a bartender/musician so we keep odd hours. Unfortunately we can’t accept more pets, I have a senior kitty who likes being the only kitty.
