So, this might be a unique situation...though in NYC, is anything truly unique? :-)

My current landlord is selling the building and has asked for all tenants to be out by March 1st. I, though am determined to buy in Brooklyn upon leaving this place and everything is going into storage. I have been pre-approved, and have had very busy weekends out looking for apartments with my real estate agent, so I'm hoping something hits soon, though with closing, etc. I anticipate a couple months overlap.

I am a 52 year old, social justice consultant and coach that owns her own business and works from home, so a sunny, well lit and sunny space makes me happy! Also, I do sometimes have online facilitations, and would need a quiet space for that.

I'm looking a flexible term (my complete guess is 2-4 months), furnished rental (studio/room/1 bedroom) with a kitchen (I'm a plant-based eater and love to cook!) Being near a market/grocery store that has great produce and vegan items would be wonderful! I would love to be able to compost the fresh produce, and recycle. A washer/dryer in the unit would be nice - but not required - as long as there is laundry available nearby.

Being near a YMCA or other gym facility would be fantastic, but I can make anything work in the short term.

I would love to see photos or video of possible spaces if you have something available and think I would be a great tenant for your space.
