Looking for a Long-Term Sublet, Rental, or Lease Takeover Starting Late February or March 1st

I am seeking a clean room or studio, ideally in Manhattan. Preferably, the space will be female-only, though I am open to queer roommates. It’s important that the space gets natural sunlight and has a washer and dryer in the building.

I’m looking for a duration of at least 3-4 months, and I’m open to longer-term arrangements, including a year.
