Step into a beautifully curated home that’s both warm and welcoming. This fully furnished 2-bedroom duplex is located on the first floor in Bed-Stuy, surrounded by historic brownstones and a close-knit community of friendly neighbors. This is a true brownstone experience where all the tenants in the building know each other and look out for one another.
The home is just steps from Botani Café, with fantastic local restaurants and a vibrant weekly farmers market/CSA just around the corner. Herbert Von King Park, and Little Roy Coffee Co. are a short walk away and the entire neighborhood is wonderful. This space is thoughtfully designed with vintage furniture, original artwork, and a carefully curated library, seamlessly blending charm with modern convenience for a truly inviting home. We’ll be sharing the apartment’s thoughtfully designed common areas, but with two floors, we may not cross paths for a while lol.

Sublet Details:

Flexible dates available—just ask! I'm happy to discuss if you need to move in earlier.
While a monthly cleaning service is included, maintaining shared spaces—especially the kitchen—is important. Please keep in mind this is a quiet building, no parties, photo, or video shoots.
Additional Notes:
The apartment has recently been repainted and updated, ensuring a fresh, welcoming space. Photos reflect the apartment prior to these updates, but the layout remains unchanged.
Washer Update: The in-unit washer is in the process of being replaced, but pickup laundry services are available or laundromats are within a 5 to 10-minute walk. There is also a large rolling cart available for your personal use. Air-drying racks will be available once re-installed.
Open House: I’ll be hosting viewings the weekend of February 22-23. Preference given to long-term sublets, though shorter stays (one week or more) can be discussed.
Let me know if you have any questions!
I’m an artist who has called Bed-Stuy home for the past eight years, and I truly love this neighborhood. Our block has such a warm and inviting vibe—everyone is incredibly friendly, and it’s a wonderful place to live.
I share this beautiful space with my medium-sized, sweet dog, who’s more like a cat—independent, quiet, and rarely barks. You’ll hardly notice she’s here, and she’s not allowed on the furniture. We’ll be sharing the apartment’s thoughtfully designed common areas, but with two floors, we may not cross paths for a while lol.
My current roommate is away for work until May, with the possibility of them taking an extended contract, so the sublet may be available for an additional three months. I’m looking for someone who will enjoy this space as much as we do.
Current Tenant
50% of the rent is due upon signing to secure the sublet, with the remaining 50% due upon move-in.
Security Deposit: $1,475, fully refundable to be paid out via Zelle within 7-14 days, provided there are no major damages.
Cleaning Fee: A $200 cleaning fee will be applied if the apartment isn’t cleaned, and trash removed before move-out. A $100 standard cleaning/laundry fee will be deducted otherwise.
Utilities: Water, gas, heat, electricity, high-speed WiFi, household supplies, and a monthly cleaning service are all included in the rental price for your convenience.
To ensure a smooth and transparent arrangement, we’ll draft a simple, standard agreement to outline all the details.
