Looking for lease takeover or no-fee rental of 1BR or studio apartment -- preferably in Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, Carroll Gardens, Windsor Terrace, Cobble Hill, etc! Under $2200 would be ideal, but I know that may be wishful thinking.

Timing is flexible, but would prefer to move within the next few months
