Looking for someone to take over the lease of a room near Prospect Park in Park Slope, Brooklyn, from January 15, 2025 to the end of July 2025.

🐦‍⬛Installed shelves in wall are designed for cat climbing, so great for cat owner. (if you interested, Ask me more photos that how my cat used that selves!)

🐦‍⬛Near Prospect Park in Brooklyn, 7minute walk to 15 St-Prospect Park station (F, G lines). The neighborhood is very quiet and clean! Prospect Park is nearby. (will provide address later)

🐦‍*The person living upstairs is a daytime dog caregiver. Occasionally, you might hear mild stomping sounds from the ceiling during the day, but never at night. Personally, it hasn’t been an issue for me, but just a heads-up in case you’re sensitive to this kind of noise!
