🐦‍⬛I can leave a desk, shelves, a twin size bedframe and mattress (I used a box seat all time - but I also can throw it out.)
🐦‍⬛Installed shelves in wall are designed for cat climbing, so great for cat owner. (Pet allowed!)

🐦‍⬛Near Prospect Park in Brooklyn, 7minute walk to 15 St-Prospect Park station (F, G lines). The neighborhood is very quiet and clean! Prospect Park is nearby. (will provide address later)
