Hi!! I live in a 2bed/1.5 bath in chelsea and it’s AMAZING. Large and spacious, quiet, close to a lot of subways! My roommate is moving out at the end of the lease and I’m looking for someone to replace her!

The Room:
- 13’2” x 8’
- fits queen bed + desk
- has closet and large nook (adding more space so total room is bigger than above dimensions)

Pros:
-Large
-In-Unit W/D
-Dishwasher
-Close to a LOT of public transit
-Full size kitchen
-Dining room + living room
-1.5 baths!! (no waiting for the toilet haha)
-Amazing location
-Landlord super chill
-Super very responsive

Cons:
- not the best natural light
- faces the street so tiny bit of traffic noise but not a lot (everyone is impressed by how quiet it is)

You would be signing a 1 year lease with me! :) I’ve always been good friends with all my roommates since college and would love to live with a girl I’d get along with.
