Hi! I am looking for a quiet, low maintenance, and easy going subletter until June 1st-ish (the date isn’t set in stone as of yet) I am leaving town super early morning March 22nd (but I can stay in the guest bedroom if you needed access a little earlier ) The bedroom is 17x12 feet and is located at the rear of the house so it is very quiet and has 2 large windows, an adjustable bed frame to watch 40” flatscreen TV in comfort. It also has a decorative fireplace for ambiance and clothes rack and a dresser. The living room is separated by French doors and boasts a dining table and couch(I can move it out if you have your own). I also have a lot of art books you can feel free to peruse through!
I do not plan to return before June 1st but in the very unlikely event that I needed to be in town for a weekend we would share the bathroom and the fridge. The guest bedroom is on the other end of the apt and has its own private entrance so (in the unlikely event I needed to visit) we would literally be 2 ships crossing in the night. The apt isn’t renovated and could use a little facelift but nothing major and the square footage and privacy makes up for it!
There is unfortunately no backyard access and the rent is priced accordingly. No couples please. Heat , hot water and cooking gas included. Electric not included.
The place is located in awesome Bushwick on the Ridgewood border and there are plenty restaurants, bars, shops nearby. The DeKalb L and M train are less than 5 mins walk and the Jefferson L is just a stroll away.

My son and i lived in the apt for over 10yrs but currently live out of state and are planning on returning home for maybe 2 weeks at the most in June so in the event you wanted to continue living there, we may be able to work something out .
