Subletter Wanted in Boyle Height Victorian– 3-Month Sublet (Possible Extension)

Hi! Im looking to sublet my room in my 2 bedroom Boyle Heights Victorian for three months (with a possibility to extend) while I’m in NYC. Move-in date is March 1st
and rent is 936 per month, plus utilities.

The place is super central. Ten minutes to echo park, silverlake, very close to sci-arc, 2 minutes from the arts district, really sweet family neighborhood, etc.

You’ll be living with my amazing roommate, who just finished grad school at SCI-Arc. He’s super chill, respectful, super Greek, and will make you a 10/10 espresso.
