I have a very lovely one-bedroom bungalow in Venice, looking to swap for a place in NYC ( Brooklyn preferred, but anywhere within the city works great.). My dates are flexible, but loosely need to be in the city around the beginning of February until end of the month.

My place has a lovely fully fenced-in backyard and is in a very walkable area of Venice, blocks away from the beach and Abbot Kinney. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby!

I'm 32 and work full-time at a creative agency, have done quite a few housing swaps in the past that were all very positive experiences.
