A lovely, cozy, and well-equipped apartment in the Bushwick area of Brooklyn. This is a nice basement apartment that’s simple but very comfortable. Enjoy having the entire space to yourself and experience an affordable stay in New York without sacrificing privacy or comfort.

This is typically my home, but I'm looking to rent it out for the next three months, from November to early February, though I’m flexible with the dates. I'm ideally looking for someone who would rent it for the full 3 months period but open to negotiate.

The apartment is well-equipped, and all utilities are included in the price: internet, water, electricity, and streaming services (Netflix, HBO Max, ESPN+, Peacock, etc.)

It’s in a great location, just a 2-minute walk to the Gates Avenue J Train stop, with many nearby options for supermarkets, grocery stores, laundries, gyms, restaurants, and bars.

I’m looking for a respectful, quiet, non-smoking person —someone who will appreciate and enjoy the space, and who will also take good care of it and the books around (mostly on Latin American photography by my genius beloved friends and colleagues).

I offer flexibility, respect, and a genuine effort to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.
