I am looking for a long term lease of a room somewhere between $1200-1950. I’d prefer an unfurnished room, but a furnished or partially furnished common area that I’d share with either 2 or 3 other roommates.
I prefer a thoughtfully designed or artistic space, that gets plenty of natural light. Aesthetics of a living space are just as important as functionality, but aside from having a reasonable amount of space in the kitchen and bathroom(s), I don’t require a lot.
I like to keep my space clean, and although I have a good amount of furniture, I am not necessarily attached to any of it, EXCEPT for my somewhat large wine fridge.
My ideal roommates would be social, have a good sense of humor, and enjoy hosting. I am generally very easygoing and not very easily bothered, so aside from extreme instances, my main priority is just to get along. I don’t need to be best friends with my future roommates, but I am looking for a sense of community, a place where I look forward to coming back home to, and one where I’m excited to introduce and be introduced to new friends :)
He/him, 30 years old, Sommelier, Gemini. I lead a really balanced lifestyle. I am super fun loving, outgoing and social, love to make jokes and be absurd. I also love a little healthy solitude and self care. I like to party and also practice mindfulness. I care a lot for others, and always make myself available for those in need. I’m also totally down to plot revenge on whoever wronged you.
I have lots of interests and hobbies, and somehow always gaining new ones, but it’s probably easiest to talk to me about music. I am an avid music enjoyer across all genres, anything from classical, to edm, to country, to death metal. Other interests include: wine, food, travel, art, thrifting, hiking, camping, literally anything outdoors, games (card games, chess, pool, video games, D&D, board games, drinking games, etc.), books, anime, obscure online cooking shows, concerts, urban exploring, reverse witchcraft, puzzles.
