Hi!

We are subleasing a lovely room in our beloved Fort Greene apartment for one month. We are on the ground floor of the building and have access to the backyard through our apt which is fun for grilling or Spring/Summer parties! You will have two wonderful roommates, one who you would share a bathroom with. You'll also share access to a large kitchen (with dishwasher) + living space. There is also an extra room with a bed for guests, or feel free to use it as an office space/additional place to lounge. The apartment is warm, cozy, quiet and homey.

You would be living with two ladies in their late 20s, Zoe, who works in architecture, and Olivia, who is a freelance artist in tv/film and dance. We're generally a very laid-back, chill group and like to keep our space clean and tidy.

The apartment is located right next to the Lafayette stop on the C train, 4 blocks from the Clinton/Washington G, and a quick pop over to Atlantic Center with tons of trains. It's a 12-15 min walk to Whole Foods, Stop and Shop, and Target. It's also a 10 min walk to beautiful Fort Greene Park where there's an amazing farmer's market every Saturday, plus tons of great spots to eat and drink - Olea, Miss Ada, Rhodora, Bittersweet, just to name a few :)
