The room is approximately 8 x 11 with a closet and gets lovely light in the afternoon via a west-facing window. It is ideal for a twin or folding style double which would give you a ton of space for both a dresser, a bookcase, a desk and a chair. It also fits a regular double bed, side table, a bookcase and a dresser.

UTILITIES (Wifi, Heat, Electric, Gas, Water) are $125 flat per month.
