About This Lister

I am a visual artist, writer, and professor at St. John’s University in Queens. I own this space and love it, the building, and the neighborhood. Neighbors are super friendly, but I don't often see them. This former factory has super thick walls. It's very private and quiet. Very clean and well tended. The roof garden is beautifully landscaped with teak furniture and is largely underused.
I'm looking for a single or a couple that are clean, quiet and will be respectful of the place.
