Living area with leather 3 seater couch, another comfy chair, and more space, TV with chromecast, coffee table is on wheels so you can access an open living room space if wanted for yoga/play.

Keyboard in living room to be replaced with writing desk if desired.

Neighbors are quiet older people who live alone. Street is lovely, quiet, wide, down the street from the best biking path in the East Bay-Doyle street biking path perfect for a leisurely walk or bike ride past parklettes, Doyle Street cafe, south berkeley, Berkeley Bowl West, and can continue north by the water.

Cesar Chavez and Berkeley Marina nearby, Emeryville Marina walking distance, Bay Street AMC cinema and shopping center, Trader Joe's, Marshalls, etc. 2 minutes away.
20 minute drive to SF
10 Minute drive to Berkeley campus
