Escape from the world right now in our spacious and serene bungalow. This peaceful home comes with a beautiful history & provides for its residents, whatever the season.

The House.
The house sits on 4 acres of land on the back of 400 acres of wild forest providing a natural and secluded paradise. Guests will get to enjoy the odd deer sighting during their stay!

The house itself features three bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom with a steam room, a fully equipped kitchen and two living rooms to lounge around in. Folks who stay from May will get to enjoy the heated outdoor saltwater pool until early September. If it's chilly out, enjoy getting cosey alongside one of the three indoor fireplaces after enjoying a good steam.

Despite its history, the house is equipped for the digital nomad in mind with 300mps Spectrum internet (suitable for work calls and streaming video) alongside a Google Mesh system for the best coverage across each room.

From an accessibility standpoint, all rooms described are on the same floor. There is a small step to get into the house at its entrances.

The Location.
Located in the quiet woods but just a 10 minute drive to Woodstock town centre, 15 minutes to Saugerties & 45 minutes to the hiking/skiing of Hunter Mountain & the Catskills, there is lots to explore including two hiking trails in the Israel Wittman Sanctuary at the back of the property.

• The Housekeeper Sue and her partner live in a guest house 20 meters from the apartment. They keep themselves to themselves but you may see them from time to time tending to the grounds.
