Perfect for a single person or a couple. Located in Los Feliz right on the border of Silver Lake in a very walkable neighborhood. Walking distance to Griffith Park, Trader Joe's, Gelsons, Little Dom's, and Maru Coffee.
My house is a backhouse. My landlord lives in the front house. She runs a dog daycare out of her backyard. It's separate from my space, but you will hear the dogs barking from time to time and people do come and go to drop off and pick up their dogs.
No pets. Furnished.
Includes an air purifier with new filter and a Berkey water filter
