Delightful quiet paradise, with a private courtyard, in the center of everything in manhattan. Incredibly quiet when inside as it faces to the back of the building without street traffic, silent and peaceful, like magic. Yet steps away from the east village and union square, in majestic Gramercy park. 
There’s a FULL large separate kitchen with dining table/desk, full bathroom, and fully private huge 400sf outdoor space, that is all shared by only by me. 
The space you will be sleeping in (alone of course) is a converted living room, my bedroom door is at the end of the space. I would walk through the space to get to the other spaces in the daytime, but the curtains can keep you private at all times. If I know your schedule I can give you full privacy and we might rarely see each other.

In your room has a super comfy memory foam and organic latex custom mattress, narrow, but extra long. there’s a full clothing rack with hangers and some small drawers. Also a desk with chairs, 2 windows facing the private large courtyard & a door leading to the outside. Your room also has a 40” Sony TV with streaming channels and cable. You also have 3 chairs, and lots of mirrors including 2 full length mirrors. I also provide very high quality bedding and towels.
It’s a fun creative space, with loads of art and rare collectibles. I’m an artist, and worked in different mediums, also fashion for years, so if this is of interest it’s definitely a plus. I’m also friendly and available if you need help navigating the city, and a buddy in nyc, if need be as the city can be confusing. 
If things work out as a good fit, I would be fine to extend.
