The space is incredibly private and in an elevator building with a doorman, roof deck, gym, laundry, and a garage (not included in cost).

All in a great neighborhood with local restaurants, bars, and all of the other necessities. Super close to Manhattan.

Dates flexible but nothing shorter than two months.

About This Lister

This is my home, though I spend a lot of time out of the city, so I'm open to subletting for a few months.

I keep my apartment neat and clean and comfortable, and I'd expect you to do the same.

I've got a cleaning person who can come weekly/bi-weekly/monthly if you'd like for $150 per visit.
