Great location between Prospect Heights and Crown Heights, a vibrant spot in Brooklyn, full of cafes and restaurants. You'll be 15 minutes walking distance from the Brooklyn Museum, the Botanic Garden and beautiful Prospect Park, and one block from the Franklin Avenue 2/3/4/5/S subway stop --that means you're only 25 minutes away from downtown Manhattan.
It's a massive, bright one bedroom, with a big comfy couch and two (surprisingly comfortable) folding cots for additional guests -the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a huge, dine-in kitchen with a table for up to 6 guests, in case you want to throw a dinner party. The kitchen also has a big fridge, plenty of storage space, microwave oven, toaster and blender.
In the living-room there's a working space, if you feel the need to be productive. There's the mandatory Wi-Fi Internet connection as well as an Ipod deck sound system and a HDMI projector you're welcome to use.
The huge bedroom has a big screen TV with Roku and another, smaller, working space.
Water, electricity, gas, and Internet are included.
My name is Ezequiel and I'm a poet and translator from Argentina. I've been in New York for over a decade. I came with a scholarship to do an MFA and then I transitioned into a PhD program, which I graduated from in 2020. I live onsite with my wife Eliana, also a poet hailing from Colombia, and we're looking to sublet our space while we travel.
