This second-floor apartment is approximately 700 square feet and has two bedrooms (a total of three beds).
The apartment has backyard access (with a firepit) and is a 3 minute walk from the L and G trains.
The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom currently has a crib and twin-sized bed.
There is also a huge L-shaped couch (can send pictures, it's brand new!). The apartment has an HVAC system, renovated kitchen, lots of sunlight, dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit.
Minimum of 7 nights only please! No partying please :)
