Hi there! I'm looking for a subletter for my extremely large primary bedroom with private bathroom in a beautiful, sunny townhouse in Bushwick, Brooklyn NYC.

We are currently renting the top half (two stories) of a three story townhome near the Wilson L and Chauncey J subway stops. This is a gorgeous, renovated townhouse with ~20ft ceilings, modern appliances (including dishwasher and in-home washer/dryer), and hardwood floors. The entire ground floor is shared common space, including a 55" TV and room for working space as well. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the best I've had in my 13 years in NYC.

You'll be living with a male-bodied roommate who occupies the other two bedrooms and works from home. He is a gamer and very quiet, keeps to himself, extremely kind, and has been my best friend for more than twenty years. The bedrooms are up an indoor flight of stairs, so this apartment may not be suitable for differently-abled individuals.

Dates: Available after 2/15/2025, through lease expiration at the end of July.

Can be furnished, or unfurnished depending on your needs. Preference will be given to applicants who can occupy the entire term. The option to sign a lease with the landlord directly following lease expiration is also possible, although your new roommate is likely to leave at the end of the term.

Photos of the furnishings are from the previous tenant and are nowhere near as luxe these days, but the apartment is clean and neat, and comfortable with plenty of space to work and live.
