I'm seeking to sublet this gorgeous room in my sun-drenched, pristinely minimalist apartment in the heart of historical Harlem. The apartment is located on the top floor of a gut-renovated townhouse, on a quiet, tree-lined street just steps away from St. Nicholas park, cultural venues such as the National Jazz Museum or Apollo Theater, and a host of lovely eateries. Amenities: fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, clawfoot bathtub, and yes, an accessible rooftop! The room is fully furnished as pictured, with full-size bed, wall desk, and a large built-in closet (plus small dresser, if you want). It sleeps two. Common spaces are shared with me, and my cat. Easy access to transportation and all the infrastructure of 125th St (including a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods). Subways A or D take you to Columbus Circle in one stop.
