Hi there, I'm a chef looking to sublet my place to a clean, respectful person while I travel for work. The apartment is in a gated building on the first floor (second floor U.S.) with a short flight of stairs. Elders and families occupying the other homes so it's mostly quiet and chill as people go to work during the day then turn in early at night.

The space is furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen and there are plenty of plants that keep the space feeling airy and light. Washing machine in unit and wifi is included. The bedroom has a super comfy queen size bed and both bathrooms have showers with great water pressure. The second bedroom has been converted into an office.

The neighborhood is off of Municipo Libre, a main street with resteraunts, cafes and bakeries. Parque Francisco Villa is a nice 10 minute walk away and is very lively at night. This neighborhood is great for those who want to curate a more chill experience while being within reach of the more touristy experience.
