Midnight Meadow is a bright and airy, fully furnished, and recently renovated home in the heart of The Catskills in Sullivan County, located 2 hours from NYC. Perfect for that artist’s retreat, or a family looking to escape the city for the winter, or just to explore The Catskills.

Set on 6+ private acres with meadow views, the house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths–perfect for a family or a group of friends. Amenities include a fireplace, fire pit, baseboard heating plus mini split units in each bedroom, large smart TV in living room, fully functional kitchen, large back deck (with a grill!) overlooking the meadow, and access to the best hiking and dining in the region. The lively town of Callicoon is less than 5 minutes away.

The primary bedroom is expansive and boasts a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. A pair of french doors allow private access out to the deck. The guest bedrooms are also spacious and well-designed - two Queen-sized and one Full-sized.

The minimalist, Scandi-esque decor gives the comfort and peacefulness you would anticipate in an Upstate home.

There is a brand new washer/dryer located in the basement. Wifi/utilities, snow plowing, lawn mowing all included in monthly rent.

Ideally, we're looking for someone to take over the home from January to end of May. Open to shorter stays as well. Weekly pricing available upon request.
