Hello! I’ll be traveling quite a bit over the holidays and am looking to sublet my little redwoods sanctuary to a kind, respectful soul who’ll enjoy the space while I’m away. It’s an open-concept studio nestled in the trees in central Mill Valley—a true architectural gem with warm energy, a private porch, and lots of fresh air. You’ll feel both secluded and connected, with coffee shops, cafes, hiking trails, and local grocers all within walking distance.

Some additional details:
- Uppermost standalone unit in a very private 3-plex
- Projector for watching movies and TV
- Historic design touches: exposed wooden beams, skylights throughout, and French windows
- Fast Wi-Fi and built-in desk setup for working from home
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and dishwasher
- King-sized bed with Leesa mattress
- Private outdoor patio with dining table
- Shared laundry one floor down (split between 2 other tenants)
- Ample street parking (no permit required) just outside

I’m looking to sublet for the following time periods, with some flexibility dates:

November 24 — Dec 2
December 20 — Jan 5

$700/week. A basic sublease agreement and security deposit will be required.
