I’ll be spending longer stretches of time in Upstate NY this summer and opening up my little Redwoods sanctuary to a kind, respectful guest—or couple—who’ll enjoy the space while I’m away. It’s an open-concept studio nestled in the trees in the heart of Mill Valley—a true architectural gem with warm, peaceful energy, a private porch, and lots of fresh air. You’ll feel both secluded and connected, with coffee shops, cafes, hiking trails, and local grocers all within walking distance.

– Uppermost standalone unit in a private 3-plex
– Historic design touches: exposed beams, skylights, and French windows
– Fast Wi-Fi + built-in desk for working from home
– Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove + dishwasher
– King-sized bed with Leesa mattress
– Private outdoor patio with dining table
– Coffee-making essentials: Chemex, ceramic pour-over, and classic percolator included
– Shared laundry one floor down (with 2 other tenants)
– Ample, no-permit street parking right outside
