Located near Meserole St and Graham Ave, with L, G, J, and M trains nearby.

Available from February 23 to March 5.
Minimum stay is 5 days, $150 per day.
Cleaning fee per stay: $200

The space gets lots of natural light, has hardwood floors, central A/C, and a balcony that’s perfect for morning coffee. There’s also a mounted TV with Apple TV for streaming.

This is a quiet, peaceful building, so no parties or events—just a great spot to relax and enjoy the neighborhood.

Please note - some of the furniture will be slightly different than the photos (We are in the middle of moving back when we took photos so didn't have everything in there, we are moving this week before the 22nd. Happy to share more photos / do a video on request!). Specifically:
1- Living room: Will have a large 3 seat Castlery beige sectional instead of the dark grey couch
2- Bedroom: Will have a king sized bed (with a Casper mattress) and a West elm acorn desk
3- Half room: Will have a white desk instead of the glass one you see.

About This Lister

My husband and I are entrepreneurs and run a coffee company. We lived in this apartment from 2016-2021, and then moved to Greenpoint for a few years. We are planning to move back on Feb 22nd, but are going away on till March 6th.

We love this neighborhood and have great relationships with our neighbors, so we’re looking for someone who will be respectful of the space and community.
