About This Lister

We are a married couple (one of us runs the finance department at a record label and the other is a fashion and beauty writer in NY media) with a young baby. Our son was born while we lived here and the apartment is full of special, love-filled memories for our family. We absolutely adore this place and would stay here forever, but it's time for our son to have a room of his own.

We love interior design and have taken pride in updating the listed apartment, which we own and will be leasing out ourselves, acting as landlord and point people for the tenants. We live in the neighborhood and love being members of the East Village community.

Our hope is to find an individual(s) that comes to love and care for the space as much as we do. We are looking for a clean and dependable tenant(s) who will make a good neighbor in this small building and with whom we can have a communicative and easy relationship.
