The living room, dining room, and kitchen all make up an open floor plan layout, allowing ample sunlight to enter from the sliding glass door and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the outside balcony. North-facing means indirect light all day.
It has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and central AC. Listing price includes utilities and cleaning fee. And don’t forget to check out the finished roof patio overlooking the city skyline.
We are two award-winning graphic designers who have worked from home for the last 4 years. We're neat, clean, and organized, and ideally, are looking for like-minded tenant(s) who will take good care of our space.
We've put much thought and love into making this apartment our sanctuary–one with greenery, visual inspiration, and plenty of room to cook memorable dishes.
Our walks around Cooper are the best way to start the day, and we enjoy ending it with a wine on the roof. We love the vibrant restaurant scene in Williamsburg and very much value the proximity to not only the waterfront but also Manhattan.
If you run into any issues, we're not only the tenants but also the owners, so we'll be your main point of contact. No need to worry about round-about middlemen.
