The lower level boasts a large family room with mini bar area for additional fun during game or movie nights. The ground floor bedroom has an on suite bath with standing shower. About This Lister

We are a husband (he/him) and wife (she/her) team, and are the owner-landlords for the house. We are local and available for showings.

We own the house, and have previously lived there for many years. We are a landlord-manager team.

Rental requirements

Based on the type of rental you are looking for, a lease agreement can be emailed ahead of time for your viewing.
A seasonal rental is at least one season/3 months or as long as 3 seasons/9 months.
Long term rentals can be 6 or 12 months.
Some basic principles to know up front are:
1) One month's rent and security are required upon lease signing.
2) All utilities are paid by renter and not included in the monthly fee, including heat/hot water, garbage, internet, electricity, gas.
3) Inquire about maintenance plans for snow removal, garden/lawn, and pool upkeep. These are the responsibility for any renter of any timeframe, and are required in the lease signing.
4) Three References are required.
5) Viewings can be scheduled with advance notice of at least 48 hours.
6) No sub-leasing allowed.
7) Pets are negotiable.
8) Non-smoking in the house is a requirement and enforced in the lease agreement.
9) The property is located within a quiet country residential street with 12 other homes. There is a stipulation in the lease agreement that parties greater than 15 people will need prior approval with the landlord.

Pets Policy

Pets allowed are:
1) Dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, rabbits, gerbils, guinea pigs, fish
2) Dog weight limit is up to 80 lbs.
3) No more than 2 pets in the house.
4) No pets are allowed to be kept outside in the yard (no dog houses or runs that a dog would be kept on 100% of the time)
5) A pet fee will be required for additional cleaning prior to new tenants' arrival. Pricing is different, based on animal type/number of pets.
6) This is a dog-friendly street. Please be mindful that other owners walk their dogs regularly. All dogs need to be leashed while being walked on the street. All poop needs to be picked up.
7) There are two or three feral cats in the area. Please be mindful that there may be cats in the neighborhood or around the property from time to time. Dogs cannot be left to roam unattended.
8) Extra charges will apply for damage left by pets. Such examples could be soiled/stained flooring, carpets or furniture, noticeable scratches and marks on walls, doors, doorframes, flooring, furniture, and other surfaces, broken cabinets, doors, doorframes, shelves, furniture, curtains, kitchen cabinets, or appliances, damage done to the property in the form of serious holes created by digging, broken and dying plants, bushes, trees, or grass, damage to the house structure or windows, outside furniture, shed or fencing. This list is an example and not exhaustive. Please keep a record of any damages as they occur and inform the landlord immediately. This is the renter's responsibility.
