Perfect for a quiet, respectful, and professional single person or couple only.
This space is available January through April to be rented for 1 to 2 months at a time. Please note that there is a 2-week minimum rental period. We cannot rent for shorter stays.
No pets. No parties. No smoking.
Additional cleaning fee and security deposit.
