Our home is available for 2 months, perfect for a family with young children also great for a couple or 1 adult. 3 bedrooms - 1 kingsize, 1 twin and 1 crib (but open to putting a day bed in here if needed).
The upper level has a kitchen, dining area, living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a larger living area with TV. There is a seating area outside on both levels and a grass area. Plenty of driveway parking and there is an option to rent a car from us!
The house is approx 1800sq ft and the lot is 5000 sq ft.
Beautiful views on the mountains. Very quiet and peaceful area.
Extremely friendly neighbourhood with plenty of hikes from the door. Children's playground and basketball court just a few minutes walk. Shops and restaurants in neighboring Highland Park are less than a 10 minute drive.

Home to a cinematographer and costume designer with 2 boys, 3yrs and 7m. We love color and texture and love to bring this warmth into our home. The house is well lived in but we keep things very neat, tidy and organised. We have lived in this house since 2020 and love being a part of the Mt Washington community, especially our block which is a popular loop for dog walkers.
