Washer dryer onsite, shared with backhouse ADU but rarely any issue waiting to do laundry.

Living room has nice turntable / vinyl / hifi setup.

Nice mountain views, still within a 15-20min drive to DTLA, Noho, Burbank, Silver Lake, Echo Park, often with little traffic.

Kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, tea kettle, pans etc etc.

Roommate is also a pro musician (drums / producer) who has his own space.

Easy street parking available.

House itself is 1,142 square feet on a 6,458 lot.

Would prefer to sublet to someone in music or the arts.
