Secluded from the street by a gate and accessible down 14 steps. This cute one bedroom/one bath with private balcony feels like a tree house, providing pink sunset views of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. Main yard with large outdoor dining table and plenty of outdoor seating is shared with landlord/couple and dog who live below. Viking stove and oven, Vitamix, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, Bear mattress and Floyd bed, vintage clawfoot tub/shower. AC works great, I also have a Dyson air purifier fan. During the summer with all of the french windows open you hardly need either, this place gets a nice breeze. Lots of theatre, movement, yoga and art books! Professional cleaning at the beginning and end of the stay will be included, I expect the same on your end. The handsome dog you see in the photos will not be present, and the flat will be thoroughly cleaned, but keep in mind that a dog regularly lives in this apartment - if severe allergies are an issue this may not be the place for you.
