• Bedroom has 3 windows and comfortably fits a full-sized mattress, a queen would work too. Ideally would love to leave the bed frame + mattress for the potential housemate.

- 1 woman housemate + 2 cats (would love no more pets please, small dogs can be considered!)
- 1550/mo + utilities (ranging from $90-150) $1550 deposit
- Top floor corner apartment with LOTS of amazing natural light !!!
- MUST be clean, tidy, considerate and kind
- no laundry in unit or building but plenty of options are within a block radius. We've never had any issues :)
- Women strongly preferred

About This Lister

Ana 25, a creative - works as a photographer and goes to school about 3 days a week. She does work more late nights, so having a preference for candidates that work more of a 9-5 outside of the house would be nice but not a requirement! She has too very social vocal kitties, so must love cats! The place is situated so our rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment which has been really nice as far as privacy goes.
