My partner and I are offering our house from Dec 1, 2024 to the end of April 2025. Start and end date somewhat flexible, preference to those who want the full 5 months. One month minimum.

2 bedroom/ 1 bath 750 sq foot house with attached 325 sq foot finished studio/ work space, laundry, large fenced in front and back yard and large covered patio in a quiet neighborhood in NE Portland.

One of the two bedrooms can be completely cleared for your use (office space or extra bedroom), and attached studio space will also be nearly emtpy. We'll also empty a deep 3 drawer dresser, large closet, coat closet, large kitchen pantry and all bathroom shelves & drawers for your use while you're here. Contact us for more photos and/or videos!

Easy access to the airport, central Portland / downtown in one direction and the Columbia River Gorge in the other. MAX and bus access for convenient commute. We've lived all over PDX in the last 12 years and this neighborhood is our favorite location.

Attached, finished and insulated garage has been treated and converted into a recording studio that I use full-time for work when I'm here. I'll be taking most of my gear with me as I'll be working remotely; you're welcome to use the studio space as you wish... dancing, rehearsal, art space, office space, storage etc. There will be a couple of amps, a desk, office chair and some other music gear left behind if you'd like to use it. Otherwise can keep it packed away.

We're looking for the right person / couple/ two roommates max to both enjoy and take good care of this space as their own. We have a great relationship with our neighbors; they're cool with outdoor dinners, movie nights, etc, but please no parties or loud music late at night. No smoking on the property, but you can walk out to the driveway/ street.

One small to mid-sized dog ok with prior approval.
