We rent month to month. Simple lease. Security deposit of $500 required to book. Non refundable $150 cleaning deposit. Two people can live in the space. One cat may be allowed. No dogs.

One indoor cat may be allowed. No dogs. Extra Cat rental fee of $50 a month required.
