Roommate is moving out so we're looking for someone cool to join our space!

The apartment is on the top (fourth) floor, has central heat/AC, a dishwasher, and lots of natural light. The building has nice washers/dryers in the basement (free to use!), a furnished backyard with BBQ, a bike room, and a rooftop with sweeping views of the city. The landlord and super are amazing.

The room itself is 12x11, which can easily fit a queen bed, desk, yoga mat, etc. Northeast-facing windows with tons of morning sunlight. (Note that it overlooks Irving Ave and can get somewhat loud, so not ideal for a super light sleeper).

One block from the Knickerbocker M, four blocks to the DeKalb L. Close to Maria Hernandez Park and countless bars, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, etc.

Rent is $1200 plus utilities (~$125/month).
