The Clubhouse comprises 4 fully furnished apartments, including this suite; a 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit with ample closet space, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, extra linens, and memory foam twin beds on the couches for kids or guests.

In our communal backyard, you'll find a large outdoor shower, soaking tub, barrel sauna, BBQ, communal table, and shaded board rack. With over 50 trees on the property, you can enjoy fresh papaya, banana, coconut, and passionfruit. There's also a free shared washer/dryer and one parking spot per unit in the garage.

Just one block away, you can access the beach park with tables, bathrooms, and a basketball court.

Hi! For the last 15 years, I’ve been living and working in different countries and cities as a model. I’ve had the chance to travel all over the world and explore different cultures. I love to keep my lifestyle flexible and have the opportunity to take off rock climbing in the Sierras or go on a last-minute surf trip. I live between Italy, LA, and Hawaii. I recently got into real estate and love providing comfortable and happy houses and apartments for people to rent. Having only a couple of rentals, (that I also bounce around to and live in) I can provide the best possible experience for renters.
