I have travel booked from Nov 19th and would like to rent my place from then until Jan 1st or until the lease ends in March of 2025. If you would like to take over the lease, the apartment will remain fully furnished. Ideally, I am looking for someone to take over the lease (apply with the owner) and get approved but open to a trial period before that (Nov/Dec for instance)

The Bedroom / Desk
- Desk in the bedroom in case you need to work

Location
- 2 minutes to the DeKalb L - 15 minutes to Manhattan
- Close to bars, restaurants, and 2 blocks from a large Key Foods grocery store
- If you prefer cycling, there are plenty of bike lanes and Citi Bike stations.

Local Attractions
- Let me know if you are looking for particular places or things but the streets are filled with the murals from the Bushwick Collective, and the food, coffee and nightlife is all within steps.
