Subletting my place while I am out of town for work. This is a bright 1 bedroom in the upstairs of a two-story craftsman, with an open concept living/dining/kitchen space and a big terrace facing (with view of!) the ocean. There's a king-size bed, espresso machine, gas grill on the deck, dishwasher, central AC/heat and laundry access. Since the photos were taken, there is also a comfy new sectional sofa from Floyd.

NO PARKING SPACE, but I can provide a visitor permit for street parking. There is street cleaning outside the house on Tuesdays.

Location: 4th street, Ocean Park (5 min walk to the beach).
