I’m looking for a subletter while I visit family out of town. I'm a queer man in my early 30s who lives in the apartment. I'm tidy and laid back, I think the apartment reflects that! I have had lots of good experiences using the Listings Project.

I’m looking for a subletter for October and November, but there's some flexibility with timing if your dates don’t match up perfectly, just let me know what you’re thinking. The cost is $2,000/month for rent and utilities, and I will ask for a portion of the first month’s rent up-front to lock in the sublet. I will also ask you to sign a subletter agreement.
The photos feature a cat and fish tank, neither of which will be there when you are!
Pets Policy
A cat or small dog should be okay. I have cat who I'll be taking with me.
