Help us create a space that will let your team do the best work of their life.
This is a part-time, in-person role based in Brooklyn, NY, with a target hire date of May 5, 2025. To start, we're looking for someone to share 10-15 hours a week with us. This is paid hourly, and I expect it to evolve over time.
What You’ll Do
🧃 Keep Us Fueled
Stock snacks and drinks that are healthy, fun, and change over time. You’ll have freedom to curate what shows up in our snack hub—bonus points for discovering hidden gems or introducing team favorites. Being above a Whole Foods gives us a lot of options!
🍱 Run Our Lunch & Learns
Every month, we bring in an outside speaker to share insights with the team. You’ll coordinate the logistics—ordering lunch, coordinating with the speaker, setting up the space, and organizing a small thank-you gift. You’ll make sure everyone feels welcome and the event runs smoothly.
👕 Own Swag & Culture Touchpoints
Manage our “Fern Store” and make sure it’s always stocked with great branded gear—from hoodies to Patagonia jackets to laptop stickers. You’ll help with swag orders for new hires, offsites, and special moments.
🌿 Manage the Vibe
Need new plants to brighten up the office? A better mic for the conference room? More comfy chairs or a new standing desk? You’ll be the person we turn to when something in the space needs love. You’ll help coordinate vendors, deliveries, and setups.
💪 Be a Utility Player
We’re a startup—things come up! You’ll be someone we can count on when there’s a last-minute errand, surprise guest, or an offsite coming together. You’ll help the team stay focused and make the office feel like home.

I'm Danny, the founder of a small business that helps companies connect software systems. I've got a team of 15 people who work together in person in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. We’re a small, tight-knit team working out of a sunny office above Whole Foods in Williamsburg. We're in the office 5 days a week.
