I'm subletting a cozy one bedroom apartment in Glendale, Queens. It has a big bedroom, closet, and kitchen area as well as a backyard. You'll also have access to a washer/dryer.

One note is that the kitchen doesn't have a stove or oven but has every other appliance (microwave, toaster, air fryer, hot plate, coffee machine, etc.).

The apartment is in the bottom floor of a house and I live in the top floor. You’ll have a separate entrance - we may see each other in the backyard but it will feel like fully your own space.

I'm a 10 minute walk from the Halsey Ave L as well as from Bushwick and Ridgewood. The neighborhood is the best of both worlds. It’s quiet, peaceful, as well as within a quick walk of everything you could need - parks, restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and anything else you can think of.

The space is fully furnished and I can provide sheets and towels if you need.
