About This Lister
I am graphic artist that designs for the surf and beach industry, I am currently living and working Upstate NY, 3 hours North of the city. I work at Hunter Ski Mountain during the Winter.
I am the only owner of the apartment and will be in direct contact with tenants. the condo has a association and I am currently the treasurer. The head of the Association lives on the ground floor and helps with holding keys and any maintenance schedules.
